Unit-1: Basic of Indian Gravies

Our culinary instruction focuses on imparting the fundamental skills of crafting traditional Indian gravies. Indian cuisine is celebrated for its complexity of flavors and aromatic spices, and at the heart of many Indian dishes lies these flavorful gravies. In our classes, we break down the art of creating essential Indian bases, such as tomato-based gravies, onion-based gravies or many more.

Unit-2: Basic of Chinese

In our lessons,  students learn about the essentials of Chinese cooking, allowing them to master the basic techniques and principles that underpin this fascinating cuisine. We delve into the world of Chinese sauces, from the savory and versatile oyster sauce to the sweet and tangy hoisin sauce.  We teach the art of preparing various noodle and rice dishes, such as fried rice, lo mein, and chow mein.

Unit-3: Basic of Continental

Our culinary classes are tailored to introduce students to the fundamentals of continental cuisine. In our classes, we focus on teaching essential techniques and principles that form the foundation of this cuisine. We start with mastering basic cooking techniques such as sautéing, roasting, grilling, and poaching.  Students learn the proper techniques for preparing and cooking proteins.

Unit-4: Basic of Tandoor

 In our classes, we focus on imparting essential techniques and principles to master the art of Tandoor cooking. Students learn how to operate and manage a Tandoor, including the proper way to heat and maintain the temperature of the clay oven. Our aim is to equip our students with the skills and knowledge required to master Tandoor cooking.
