Allied Bakery and Culinary Academy

Allied Bakery and Culinary Academy is a unit of “GuruJi Educational Society”. It was started by Chef Pankaj Jasrotia and Ms Sunali Jasrotia with a vision to provide deep knowledge of Bakery & Culinary Art to the aspirants who are willing to make their career in Bakery. The promoters are professionally qualified from NCHMCT and have more than 25 years of experience in the field. The main aim of the Academy is to provide complete knowledge of Bakery & Culinary Art starting from basics to advanced level with thorough practical knowledge. The Academy has well-qualified chefs and a very well-equipped bakery lab with all the facilities.

At Allied Academy we understand Baking and Culinary requirements of aspirants and provide courses according to their requirements and have already produced many hospitality professionals,Bakers and guided people to become successful Entrepreneurs. A Unit of Sri Satya Sai (Jasrotia) Education Foundation (Govt. Regd.)

The new Campus of Allied College of Hospitality, Culinary Arts & Management has come up under the banner of “Sri Satya Sai (Jasrotia) Education Foundation” which was established in 2006. The College was set up by a team of Hospitality Professionals having relevant experience in the field of the Hospitality. Seeing the present scenario in which Globalization & Competition are being highlighted it becomes imperative for the youth to be prepared for the upcoming challenges.

The major emphasis in the college is given to improve the skills of the students of the college so that we can make them useful hospitality resources. The same is evident in the Training and Placement records of the College. The College has been able to place the students not only at the National level but at the International level also.

Since 2006, We have been offering Hospitality Courses ranging from Undergraduate (Diploma in Food Production / Front Office / Housekeeping / Food and Beverage Service) to Graduate level Degree in Hotel Management(4 YRS)/ B. Voc in Tourism & Hospitality Management/ B.Voc in HMCT/ Bachelor in Travel & Tourism Management/ Bachelor in Catering & Culinary Arts.

The College also offers Post Graduation level courses Masters of Hotel Management & Catering Technology. Institute runs the courses through IKG Punjab Technical University and all the courses are UGC Approved.

The College has a State of the Arts Campus in New Chandigarh with the head office in sector 11 Panchkula. With its vision and tireless efforts of the team of professionals who are committed to the growth, the institute intends to be the leader in the field of Hospitality Education. The College is very proud to have National and International Collaborations for the purpose of studies and the Placements.
