Unit-3: Tandoor Cuisine

 In our classes, we focus on imparting essential techniques and principles to master the art of Tandoor cooking. Students learn how to operate and manage a Tandoor, including the proper way to heat and maintain the temperature of the clay oven. Our aim is to equip our students with the skills and knowledge required to master Tandoor cooking.

Unit-4: Maxican Cuisine

In our classes, we aim to immerse students in the art of crafting authentic Mexican dishes while providing insights into the cultural significance of each culinary creation. Our curriculum covers a wide range of aspects related to Mexican cuisine, including the essential ingredients that define its flavors, the art of preparing classic salsas and sauces, and the techniques for crafting staple items like fresh corn tortillas and tamales.

Unit-5: Thailand Cuisine

In our classes, we aim to transport students to the bustling street markets and aromatic kitchens of Thailand.
